Help shape the future of entrepreneurship. We’re recruiting Black and Brown board members—receive a small stipend, onboarding, and ongoing training.

Black & Brown Founders is expanding our Board of Directors, and we’re looking for committed leaders from the Small Business Community who believe in equitable entrepreneurship. If you’re passionate about access to capital, technology, and resources for small business owners, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Gain

What You’ll Do

  • Provide strategic guidance to advance our mission

  • Champion accountability, equity, and community impact

  • Support fundraising, partnerships, and thought leadership

  • Participate in board and committee meetings (virtual &/or in person)

Who You Are

A values-driven leader rooted in The Small Business Community.

Experienced in any of the following (nice-to-have, not required):

  • Finance & accounting

  • Legal & compliance

  • Fundraising & partnerships

  • Technology & AI

  • Marketing & communications

  • Program design

  • Nonprofit governance

  • Small business ecosystem

Collaborative, reliable, and ready to contribute your voice and expertise 

Time Commitment
 Quarterly board meetings plus periodic committee work (average a few hours per month). We respect real-life schedules and strive for accessible, well-run meetings.
